what Causes Acne
As teenagers, having whiteheads, blackheads, scars, pimples or spot is common. Most often acne occurs when over production of sebum or sebaceous glands that clog the pores, and worsened by dirt, dust, grease, bacteria deposits on it. Under certain condition, as a natural substance, however, sebum protects and lubricates the skin. And of course this situation could stimulate the proliferation of bacteria on your skin which gradually inflame your skin and becomes acne.
One of the main causes of acne is hormones. Teenagers, aged around 13 to 21, are the most susceptible age group to suffer acne, because of their consistency hormonal level change, additionally, stress, dirt, dust, pollutants, food and certain medications could stimulate acne.
We can read many articles in magazine, newspaper or internet tell us; those certain foods like pizza, fried and greasy food, chocolate, junk food and other dairy product could contribute to acne, even we are always suggested to avoid these food. Many experts and some research say that these findings have no direct link to cause acne; however, most often pollutant, dirt, dust and bacteria, besides stress and hormonal change could cause acne.
Another most common factor could trigger acne is oily cosmetics; because the material consist in this product could clog pores, so sebaceous glands and sweats deposit under the skin pores, and of course could gradually become commedoes and acnes.
Basically, there is no general rule about how to treat someone’s skin, because, generally one’s skin is different from others, how it reacts or tolerates to certain medication or skin products, that’s why hard to find perfect medication for every single individual. It means that, to fight this enemy we should try any possible ways.
However, the best way to prevent acne is, always clean your skin, by gently washing your face with smooth and gentle towel, so as not to irritate your skin.
