Acne can be annoying and embarrassing, even acne could damage one’s self confidence and social life. Many people frustrated how to get rid of this terrible and stubborn skin disease. Know how acne could occur and what cause acne is the most important thing you should know, so you can prevent the breakout to form, knowing the answer will help you get clear skin
Some cause of pimple.
- Your hand may contain dirt and bacteria, so touching your face a lot with unwashed hand may cause of pimple, dirty or oily hand could irritate your face. Scratching and squeezing your acne could cause them to spread.
- Foods that contain lot of sugars, vegetables oil, saturated fat and another fast foods and junk foods could cause pimple, so avoid consuming these foods. Chocolates, cakes, fast food burger, chips and fries and other junk food are some example of food you should avoid to eat. These foods will cause your insulin to increase and as a result cause a hormonal imbalance.
- Another cause of pimple is oily skin, since this could clog your pores.
These are some of causes of pimples, they will get worse if you avoid getting rid of your acne, and they could spread over your entire body. Focus on all the positive things you can do — to combat the pimples on your face.
Start with your diet:
Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits, Stay away from high fat foods; eat lean meats like chicken or food, salmon and tuna are great.
Drink plenty of water, eight glass daily is ideal
Treat your skin right, wash your face with mild cleanser, twice a day. Keep your hands off face. Alcohol will dry your skin, so don’t you use it to rub your face.
Some other things you can do to keep your skin healthy: avoid smoking, get enough sleep, try to reduce stress in your life, protect your skin from the sun by using sunscreen, take a multivitamin mineral pill daily.
