Beside pimples, another skin problem that bothers teenager’s existence is blackheads.  These skin problems can follow for much of one’s life, skin this skin disease are related to the dead skin cells and oil production, as the most common factors of everyday life. The black spots on our skin comes from the combination  of the oil or sebum and dead skin cells, and the top of the material exposed to the environment, oxidized and turns black. To avoid complicated problems with acne on a severe scale, blackheads must be cleaned and removed.

Never pop off or squeeze them to remove the unpleasant mark, since it could irritates and aggravate the skin and may cause an infection under the plug of oil and dirt. So, don’t go rushing with this technique to remove the blackhead, since pinching and squeezing could damage blood vessels around the area.

So as to not leave scars or marks on the area, the surface must be cleaned thoroughly and this treatment must be done with care or you may go to an experienced people like beautician or dermatologist, if you are really want to get rid of your blackhead.

Eating habits also play an important rule. Consuming healthy food is the best remedies for healthy, charming and blemish free skin. Drink a plenty of water, as much as 8 glasses a day could moisturize your skin and detoxify your body. Then, you will not have to worry about how to remove blackheads, if you take care of these things.
