When excessive oil and dead skin cell or cornecytes trapped while making their way to the top of skin surface, builds up, become compacted and sticky and clog the pore. This condition attracts bacteria, called P Acne, normally reside in pores, and take sebum as their nutrient to growth. In this condition the number of bacteria more and more increasing as sebum builds up in pore. The pressure of microcomedo (plug) enlarge the pore, and force it up to the skin surface, open the pore, exposed with air and environment, oxidized and turn into black, in this condition we call this acne type as open commedone or black head.  These annoying and terrible black dots could occur on ears, back, chest, shoulder, face or forehead.
